Royal Hawk Country Club and Royal Fox Country Club, both located in Saint Charles, are two of the areas premier golf courses. The Royal Country Clubs are private, member only clubs, offering a variety of sport and social memberships as well as affiliate privileges for their members.

All persons wishing to become members of the club must complete the required application. After completion, each applicant must appear before the ownership for an interview and application review.

All members of the Royal Country Clubs shall pay initiation fees and dues, which are determined on an annual basis. By payment of these fees, members are entitled to earn the use of the club facilities as prescribed by their membership category subject to current policies of the club. The deposit shall be paid upon written acceptance into the Club.

• Annual dues are paid in monthly installments
• Memberships are nonpropietary
• Memberships are limited to the conditions governed by the by-laws

Regular Memberships include the member and the immediate family with privileges to the golf course and to all club facilities subject to current policies of the club. Full memberships are non equity and may be classified as either transferable or non transferable memberships. Transferable memberships can only be transferred through the club in accordance with the club by-laws. Upon the sale of each membership, the transferring member will receive the refund of initiation fee as specified in their acceptance letter.

Regular Junior Golf Memberships include the member and the immediate family with privileges to the golf course and to all club facilities subject to current policies of the club. Junior memberships are available to those applicants under the age of 35. At age 35, Junior members must apply their accumulated initiation fee to a Regular Golf Membership and are limited to the by-laws of the club.

Non-transferable memberships allow a member and their immediate family to all club facilities and social activities. Membership rights are the same as a regular transferable member except the membership fee is non refundable.

Corporate Memberships are those persons who are officers or employees of companies who have been specifically named by their company to take part in this offering. A corporate membership is limited to four members (each must pay initiation fee) from the same corporate entity. All members included in the membership must be approved by the ownership.
This membership does include the immediate family. Corporate Members are entitled to the use of all club facilities. Corporate Members are permitted the sponsorship of guests subject to current policies of the club.

Each Corporate Member may purchase up to three additional corporate memberships known as Corporate Associate Members, by paying a reduced initiation fee. These members enjoy the same right as a regular member. An Associate Memberships can be transferred to another employee designated by the corporation at anytime by paying a transfer fee of 10% of the Corporate Initiation Fee which is in effect at the time of transfer. A Corporate Associate Membership itself can not be transferred to anyone outside of the corporation and has no value when terminated.

Social Memberships allow a member and their immediate family use of club facilities inclusive of dining, pool, exercise facility, Pro Shop and all club social activities subject to the current policies of the club. Social Memberships are available to both individuals and corporations.
