With a multitude of space arrangements available, we can accommodate small parties of 20 or large gatherings for 225+. Our venue is available for a full buyout for the right occasion as well.  Our dining rooms, Library, Monticello Room and Jefferson Ballroom and outdoor patio each provide its own unique feel.  You are sure to find the Royal Fox Country Club perfect for any special occasion. Membership is not required to book any event.

For your large-scale party choose our elegant ballroom with panoramic windows with vast views of our golf course greens. Corporate Gatherings

Our banquet facilities are host to numerous events throughout the year. We can accommodate small committee meetings to large company meetings with AV equipment access and capabilities as well as catering services. The venue is available for full buyout events as well. Additionally, our facility is perfect for company social events such as an awards dinner, holiday party or golf outing. Club membership is not required to book any event with Royal Fox Country Club.

Whether you are hosting a 32-player corporate outing or a 144-player media extravaganza and fundraiser tournament, the Royal Fox Country Club is the ideal choice. The Royal Fox has been awarded the honor of hosting the prestigious Illinois PGA Open seven times. Hundreds of tournament coordinators have chosen the Royal Fox Country Club to host their golf tournaments, and they return again and again! Planning a golf tournament can be a tough job, but at The Royal Fox Country Club our goal is to make the planning process as painless as possible. We strive to create a fun experience for you as well as your players, before, during, and after your golf outing. Our expert staff will set up your tee times, design a menu fit to your taste and budget, assist with signage and scoring, and arrange prizes as well as on-course contests.
